Job Description: 
Human Resources Specialist

Office Location: Taikoo Shing Phase 3, Eastern District, Hong Kong.

Key requirement:
Familiarity with Hong Kong recruitment processes and the Employment Ordinance is required.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle recruitment tasks for various departments, ensuring the hiring needs are met.
2. Stay informed about departmental staffing needs and post job openings through various channels.
3. Communicate with, evaluate, and screen candidates based on job requirements, ensuring quick fulfillment of recruitment needs.
4. Responsible for payroll calculation, onboarding and offboarding procedures, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks.

Job Requirements:
1. Preferably a graduate in Human Resources, fluent in English, with excellent Mandarin and Cantonese communication skills.
2. Over two years of experience in HR, familiar with the Employment Ordinance, various recruitment channels, and tools; skilled in utilizing different channels for recruitment.
3. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills, familiar with reception etiquette.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, principled, strong under pressure, excellent communication and coordination skills, and adept at problem-solving.
5. Willingness to accept short-term business trips.
6. Must have Hong Kong residency or a valid Hong Kong work visa.
