Beijing office have 6-7 staffs and you would be only BD person for China business. Globally the company have more than 1000 staffs, strong in European area Immigration service.
Job Overview:
We are in search of a proactive Business Development Manager who excels in identifying and engaging with B2B intermediaries. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in building and nurturing relationships with agents, attorneys, immigration consultants, investment firms, and wealth management intermediaries. Your primary focus will be on expanding our network of partners and driving business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and Engage Intermediaries: Actively seek out and establish relationships with key intermediaries, including wealth management agents, attorneys, immigration agents, immigration consultants, and investment firms.
Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners. Understand their needs and how Company’s services can provide value to their clients and operations.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, industry needs, and opportunities within the B2B landscape. Use this information to refine strategies and drive business development efforts.
Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies to capture new business from intermediaries. Drive the sales process from initial contact through to partnership agreement.
Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for potential B2B partners. Clearly articulate the benefits and value of partnering with Company’s.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales within a B2B environment, particularly in sectors such as immigration, real estate, wealth management, or investment.
Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with B2B intermediaries.
Strong understanding of the needs and dynamics of intermediaries like attorneys, immigration consultants, and investment firms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct market research and apply insights to drive business growth.
Self-starter with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Mandatory: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, and Advanced proficiency in Mandarin.
Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in Cantonese and Shanghainese is a plus.
