We are looking for someone who is a dynamic, goal-oriented leader with strong sales acumen, team management abilities, and a deep understanding of market trends, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key customers to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

The ideal candidate will help us set and implement these strategies and will be a partner to one of the biggest brands in the travel industry.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales goals
Identify market opportunities, travel trends, and competitive advantages to position the company for growth in the region
Develop potential clients and establish partnerships based on regional divisions
Analyze new and existing customer behavior, promote product development to drive sales growth
Track sales progress to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual targets are met
Participate in developing sales budgets and business operations for regional clients
Conduct market analysis and adjust strategies based on data, feedback, and trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners within the region.
Engage with high-value clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Oversee and support sales presentations, contract negotiations, and closing deals to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain long-term, profitable relationships
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on potential market entry strategies or adjustments to existing offerings
Participate in industry exhibitions and related activities.

Qualifications & Requirements: 
Required Experience:

Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management, ideally related to the travel industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
In-depth knowledge of sales performance metrics and CRM software
Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and use data to inform sales strategies
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Customer-focused with a strong ability to build and nurture relationships.
Fluent in English and Chinese
