Job Description: 
Human Resources Generalist (Hong Kong)

Office Location: Taikoo Shing Phase 3, Eastern District, Hong Kong.
One of our best partners, a fast-growing and reputable online game production and operation company, is looking for an HR generalist in Hong Kong.

Key requirement:
Familiarity with 1/Hong Kong and international recruitment channels 2/Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle international and Hong Kong local recruitment tasks for various departments, ensuring the hiring needs are met.
2. Stay informed about departmental staffing needs and post job openings through various channels (international and Hong Kong local).
3. Communicate with, evaluate, and screen candidates based on job requirements, ensuring quick fulfillment of recruitment needs.
4. Responsible for onboarding and offboarding procedures, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks, you will also be responsible for some payroll calculation work (not important).

Qualifications & Requirements: 
Job Requirements:
1. Preferably a graduate in human resources or management/administration-related, fluent in English, with excellent Mandarin communication skills.
2. Over two years of experience in HR, familiar with the Employment Ordinance, various (Hong Kong local and international) recruitment channels, and tools; skilled in utilizing different channels for recruitment.
3. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills, familiar with reception etiquette.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, principled, strong under pressure, excellent communication and coordination skills, and adept at problem-solving.
5. Willingness to accept short-term business trips.
6. Must have Hong Kong residency or a valid Hong Kong work visa.
