Job Responsibilities:
Lead VCSEL relative product strategy, new product development, product management, and market expansion:
Product Strategy & Development
Define product roadmap, specifications, and go-to-market strategies for new products.
Drive product planning, development, and lifecycle management.
Market Intelligence & Product Innovation
Collect and analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and product positioning to guide R&D.
Business Development & Customer Engagement
Conduct customer visits, product training/promotion, distributor channel setup, and industry events (seminars/trade shows/roadshows).
Sales Collaboration & Design Wins
Work closely with sales teams to secure design-ins/design-wins and achieve annual revenue targets.
Ecosystem & System Solutions
Build product application ecosystems (electronics, software, optics, thermal management) to deliver system-level solutions.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Perform market studies, SWOT analysis, competitive benchmarking, and define product line strategies.
Customer & Distributor Relations
Provide technical training and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Qualifications:
Industry Expertise
10+ years in product management, market development, or technical roles at a top-tier semiconductor company.
Deep expertise in VCSEL chip design, fabrication and application area.
Technical Mastery
Strong knowledge of optoelectronics, laser technology, semiconductor processes.
Proven experience in photonic components (VCSELs/LEDs/laser diodes/sensors) for smartphones, automotive, and industrial markets.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Excellent project/team management, communication, and fluency in English and Chinese.
