What you will do:
Source, screen and manage candidate expectations effectively throughout the entire process.
Sell Morgan McKinley, our clients, services, current opportunities and you as a consultant to candidates.
Be a career partner to your candidates and clients, ensuring alignment between all parties.
Identify and generate leads to develop a strong pipeline and achieving success on your desk.
Collaborate across your team and the wider business sharing information and supporting x-selling
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets by establishing and executing SMART goals and plans.
Initiate, develop and manage client business relationships and provide excellent service to our clients and candidates alike.
Build a specialist proposition and talent pool to engage potential clients
Contribute to marketing initiatives that will help elevate your profile as a specialist recruiter through blogs, events, media, and marketing collaterals.
Compliant to company policies and data protection guidelines

Proven track record as a recruitment consultant from an agency
You are a problem solver, inquisitive and resourceful.
