Position: Technical Sales Engineer
Office: Moscow, Russia.
Work Type: Full-time regular.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide pre-sales technical support by introducing the key features and functionalities of our industrial fluid control valves and actuators, and advising on product suitability for customer projects.
2. Offer post-sales technical assistance and troubleshooting support during the product usage phase.
3. Assist the Sales Manager in addressing commercial issues throughout the sales process.
4. Participate in sales activities and support the team as a technical sales representative when needed.
5. This is not merely a technical support role — it also a sales role, you should have some sales abilities and experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Job Requirements:
1. Solid understanding of the industrial fluid control sector, with familiarity with key products in the industry.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in pre-sales and post-sales technical support for control valves or actuators.
3. Proven experience not only in technical support and maintenance, but also with sales engagement and customer interaction.
4. Able to work full-time in Moscow.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently to solve problems.
6. Have some sales experience.
7. Stable, reliable, and committed to long-term growth with the company.
