*Handle all kinds of requests throughout order process: before sale, order processing, and payment issue. Answer all kinds of products problems patiently;
*Follow up the order before products get delivered, in order to reduce the possibilities of unexpected situation;
*Coordinate with other teams and contact clients for the unexpected situations through our order process.
Qualifications & Requirements:

*Open minded, good communication skills;
