Game Producer (Online Slots Games)
We are assisting our client, a well-established and rapidly growing game development and operations company, in recruiting a Game Producer (online slots games) in Taiwan.
Work Location: Remote reporting to Hong Kong at the beginning, will have office in Taiwan in near future.
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Coordination:
Lead the overall planning and production process of slots games. Define project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
2. Gameplay & System Design:
Drive the core gameplay design, including slots games math models, reward mechanisms, pacing, and player engagement systems.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with art, engineering, audio, math, data analysis, and localization teams to ensure game content aligns with market and player expectations.
4. Market Orientation & Optimization:
Conduct market and competitor research, analyze performance metrics, and continuously optimize game experience based on data insights.
5. Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Guide and mentor team members, establish efficient development pipelines, and foster a creative and collaborative production culture.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Job Requirements
1. Education & Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree or above in Game Design, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
o Minimum 3 years of experience in slots game production, with at least one successfully launched title as a lead producer.
2. Professional Skills:
o Deep understanding of slots game core mechanics and mathematical models.
o Strong project management and production planning abilities.
o Proficiency with at least one major game engine (e.g., Unity, Unreal).
o Solid knowledge of data analytics and player behavior psychology.
3. Personal Attributes:
o Excellent communication and coordination skills to align multi-disciplinary teams.
o Strong creativity and market awareness; keen sense of product and player trends.
o Results-driven, resilient, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience with online casino or social casino games.
o Familiarity with North American slots game markets and player preferences.
o Background in mathematical modeling or game math design.
