HR Specialist 人力资源专员 (Taiwan 台湾)

We are assisting our client, a well-established and rapidly growing game development and operations company, in recruiting a Game Producer (online slots games) in Taiwan.
我们正在帮助我们的客户,一家正在快速和稳健发展的游戏制作和运营公司招聘在台湾的人力资源专员,工作地点在台湾(今后的办公室设在台北的可能性最大)。
先期是远程向香港的公司总部汇报,日后会在台湾全职办公室工作。
Work Location: Remote reporting to Hong Kong at the beginning, will have office in Taiwan in near future.
Job Type: Full-time

Position: HR Specialist
Location: Taiwan
Salary: TWD 35,000 – 50,000 per month
月薪资台币3.5w-5w

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment for the department and ensure staffing needs are met.
2. Monitor departmental hiring demands and post job openings through various channels.
3. Communicate with, evaluate, and screen candidates based on position requirements to quickly fulfill recruitment needs.
4. Handle HR tasks including payroll calculation, onboarding and offboarding procedures, and employee relations.

岗位职责:
1.负责对接部门的招聘工作,满足用人部门岗位招聘需求;
2.随时了解并掌握部门用人需求,通过各类渠道发布招聘信息;
3.针对职位要求对候选人进行沟通、评估、筛选,快速满足招聘需求;
4.负责工资核算、入离职手续办理、员工关系等人事工作;

Qualifications & Requirements: 
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; fluent in English.
2. At least 2 years of HR experience; familiar with Taiwan Labor Standards and various recruitment channels and tools; skilled in leveraging multiple channels for hiring.
3. Outgoing, approachable, and familiar with professional reception etiquette.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, principled, able to work under pressure, strong communication and coordination skills, and effective problem-solving ability.
5. Willing to travel for short-term assignments.

岗位要求:
1.人力资源专业毕业优先,英语流利;
2.两年以上人事工作经验,熟悉台湾的劳基法,熟悉招聘的各类渠道、工具,善于利用各类渠道开展招聘;
3.性格开朗、有亲和力、熟悉接待礼仪;
4.做事认真、责任心强、有原则,抗压能力强,善于沟通协调,有较强的解决问题的能力;
5.能接受短期出差。
Benefits & Welfare:
