We are seeking a senior HR expert with strong international exposure to join us as an external consultant—either on a full-time basis or part-time project basis—to support the development of our global employment strategy.

Key Responsibilities
In this strategic consulting role, you will be responsible for:
1. Designing localized recruitment strategies for Chinese companies expanding into international markets.
2. Guiding our team in building high-level talent acquisition channels for global placements.

Work Arrangement
• Full-time: On-site work model in Shanghai or Beijing.
• Part-time: Project-based collaboration.
o If part-time, you will need to be on-site half a day per week, with the remaining work conducted remotely via online meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience as a senior HR executive in multinational corporations, or as a partner/executive-level consultant in an international headhunting firm.
2. A strong professional network at the HRD / senior executive level within Fortune 500 companies.
3. Established connections within regional headquarters of multinational companies.
4. Fluent, near-native English, with Chinese proficiency sufficient for daily professional communication.
5. 15+ years of living or working experience in Europe or North America.
6. Strong executive presence, excellent business image, and a highly professional work attitude.
