Job Description:

Online Game Backend Developer

We are assisting our client, a well-established and rapidly growing game development and operations company, in recruiting a Backend Developer
in Taiwan.
Work Location: Remote reporting to Hong Kong at the beginning, will have office in Taiwan in the future.
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain game server logic and APIs.
2. Troubleshoot and solve backend technical issues related to games.
3. Collaborate with other teams for integrated development and data interfacing.
4. Perform other development-related tasks as needed.

2、负责游戏相关后端技术问题攻克与解决；
3、负责与其他团队进行协同开发与数据对接；

Qualifications & Requirements:

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in online gaming or internet projects; experience in leading or working in high-performing teams is a plus.
2. Proficient in development and optimization within Linux environments; familiar with shell scripting.
3. Strong experience with MySQL database design and optimization; experience handling large-scale data and performance tuning is preferred.
4. Solid understanding of common design patterns and development frameworks; capable of independently analyzing, designing, and deploying projects.
5. Familiar with distributed caching systems; experience in large-scale caching system implementation and optimization is a plus.
6. Experience in high-concurrency or high-stability commercial projects is highly desirable.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism; hands-on, with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
8. Only those who lived in Taiwan for at least 10 years are welcome for this position.

2、掌握Linux环境下的开发与优化，熟悉shell编程；
3、掌握mysql等数据设计与优化，有大规模数据处理、调优经验优先；
4、掌握常见设计模式与开发框架，能独立完成问题分析、设计以及项目部署；
5、掌握常见分布式缓存系统，有大规模缓存系统应用与优化经验优先；
6、熟悉高并发项目、高稳定性要求项目等商业项目经验优先;
7、有良好的沟通能力与团队协作能力，较高的工作责任心和敬业精神；动手能力强，有解决复杂问题的能力与兴趣。
