We are partnering with a U.S.-headquartered global industrial/manufacturing company to identify a Director of Finance – APAC, the top finance leader for the APAC region. This is a highly visible leadership role with broad ownership, serving as a key partner to the APAC Managing Director and working closely with the Global CFO and corporate leadership team.
This role sits on the APAC leadership team and combines hands-on regional finance leadership with true strategic business partnering in a growing, matrixed organization with a strong footprint across APAC. This is a rare opportunity to step into a true regional finance leadership role with real influence, visibility, and impact—balancing strategic thinking with operational execution in a business that values finance as a partner, not just a function.

Senior finance leadership experience within industrial, manufacturing, or complex B2B environments
Experience working with or within a U.S.-headquartered company
Strong ownership of regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Exposure to M&A, joint ventures, or business integrations preferred
Experience leading and developing teams across cultures and geographies
Willingness to travel within the region
