The role
I am currently recruiting a front office developer for a leading brokerage firm.
This role sits within a well-established trading technology team, focused on strengthening and extending a core Java-based trading platform used across the business. You’ll work closely with a hands-on hiring manager in a lean environment, contributing directly to system integration, FIX connectivity, and trading workflow enhancements. This role is open to Java or C++ engineer.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Strong hands-on development experience in Java or C++
Solid understanding of FIX protocol from a systems and integration perspective
Experience working within electronic trading environments
Exposure to trading workflows and integration of internal/external systems
Mandarin fluency required (regular interaction with China-based stakeholders)
