Location: home-based/remote
Input: full-time or part-time (both options are possible)
What You Will Do (Your Duty)
Proposal Development: Support the preparation of proposals in the financial development sector for emerging countries in response to tenders issued by international development organizations (donors)
Expert Analytics and Assessment: Design targeted search strategies of suitable experts based on the project requirements, conduct structured evaluations of experts’ profiles, and prepare comparative assessment matrices to support evidence-based selection decisions
Recruitment: Lead the screening and recruitment of international consultants for for complex advisory assignments in the banking and financial sector and oversee the preparation of all relevant documents
Stakeholder Communication: Represent BFC in direct communication with international consultants and partners

Qualifications & Requirements:
Who We Are Looking For (Your Profile)
Education: Master degree
Expertise: Familiarity with at least one of the following areas: banking, MSME finance, economic development, green/ sustainable finance and development, agricultural finance
Experience: Previous experience in one of the following areas: banking, development finance, finance/ banking-related project
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English, fluent Russian and/or French is an advantage
Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills to present ideas in a structured and clear way
