The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Head of Commercial Partnerships to lead the global commercialization of our Recycled Cotton Fiber business. This is a senior-level, N-2 position reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will be responsible for building, structuring, and closing complex strategic partnerships across the global apparel and textile supply chain.
The ideal candidate is a master relationship-builder and negotiator with deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to manage multi-party commercial deals in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy: Lead and execute the global commercial partnership strategy across the textile supply chain.
Partnership Development: Identify and manage strategic relationships with garment makers, fabric mills, spinners, recyclers, and traders.
Deal Structuring: Own the end-to-end deal process, including commercial modeling, negotiating long-term supply/offtake agreements, and contract execution.
Market Engagement: Represent the company at global industry events and monitor trends in recycled fiber and sustainability regulations.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with operations, finance, and sustainability teams to ensure partnerships are scalable and profitable.

Industry Expertise: Senior-level experience in commercial or business development roles within the apparel, textile, or fiber supply-chain industries.
Negotiation Skills: A proven track record of closing high-value, long-term commercial deals.
Global Mindset: Experience working effectively across diverse cultures and regions.
Education: University degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Textiles, or a related field.
Communication: Excellent English skills; the ability to synthesize complex information for senior-level stakeholders is essential.
Sustainability Passion: Experience with recycled fibers or circular textile solutions is a strong advantage.
