Job Responsibilities
Responsible for client development and daily maintenance of pharmaceutical companies and Fin-tech industries and continuously improved client experience.
Responsible for the crisis management and objection resolution of major clients.
Coordinate with internal divisions and provide clients with technical, channel & protection support.
Assist in enhancing the internal operation process and increase the efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements:
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Medicine, Finance, Law, Management, or Marketing, is preferred.
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, training, consulting industry background, or pharmaceutical company and Fin-Tech industry customer background are preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
