School Description: A British International School in Chengdu is seeking an experienced Head of Boarding to join from August 2026. The school follows the British curriculum and offers a supportive international teaching environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the boarding provision
Oversee student welfare, safeguarding, and pastoral care
Manage boarding staff and daily operations
Ensure a high standard of care and student experience
Contribute to whole-school leadership and strategic initiatives Requirements:

A relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification
Minimum of two years’ experience as a Head of Boarding within an international school
Strong pastoral and leadership experience
Prior leadership experience is advantageous
Salary: ¥500,000 - ¥600,000 RMB per annum
