We are a professional ballet training institution based in China, dedicated to providing high-quality ballet education for children and adults.
We are currently looking for a qualified ballet teacher to join our team.
The role involves teaching structured ballet classes, helping students improve their technique, strength, flexibility, coordination, and artistic expression. The teacher will also be responsible for providing individual corrections, guiding students’ progress, and preparing them for performances or examinations.
We are looking for someone with a strong professional ballet background, solid technique, and a passion for teaching. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver clear, effective, and engaging classes, and support students in achieving visible progress.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education：
Formal professional ballet training from pre-professional (affiliated middle school) to university level
Bachelor’s degree or above in Ballet, Dance, or a related field
Training from a recognized ballet institution or academy
Solid foundation in classical ballet technique
Skills：
Strong classical ballet technique (barre, center work, turns, jumps)
Ability to design and deliver structured ballet classes
Strong correction skills and attention to detail
Ability to improve students’ flexibility, strength, control, and coordination
Good musicality and artistic expression
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Ability to work with children, teenagers, and/or adults
Knowledge of contemporary ballet or Pilates is a plus
