Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Responsible for GIP (Green Industrial Power) product quality issue at defined customer in Greater China region
Develop quality support strategy for related customer and service improvement
Manage China customer complaints
QM support for design-in projects. Resolve quality problem to support business win
Quality marketing / training to customer to promote IFX as Quality leader and enable new businesses
Manage customer visits and audits
Lead or support for critical issue

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering
At least has 5 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry and Quality
+2 years’ experience as Customer Quality Management
Knowledge of IGBT/IPM Product
BE/FE process knowledge
Quality control methodology
8D problem solving skills
Quality system know-how
Quality audit experience
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Good skill in speaking / writing in English
Good communication skills
Good problem solving and risk assessment skills
