崗位空缺：1 個
崗位職責:
1、負責公司海外項目相關的合同審核，能夠獨立起草、審查各類中英文合同，參與合
同談判;
2、組織建立和維護海外公司相關管理制度及對應的流程;
3、負責海外地區法律法規及相關政策的搜集、整理、分析研究及匯總工作，結合公司
實際情況及時為公司海外專案及相關經營決策提供全面的法律建議，並對公司運營中
涉及的相關業務進行合規審查和風險分析;
4、負責公司其他與法律有關的日常事務。
說明：本崗位面試的時候有筆試題，筆試為英文合同審核，2 小時完成，希望願意嘗
試申請本職位的人才能配合。

Qualifications & Requirements:
任職要求:
1、 法律專業，統招本科及以上學歷，取得律師資格證(A 證)
2、 英文的書面和口語都很流利，能勝任英文合同的法律工作需要。
3、 熟悉涉外法律，海外遊戲或互聯網行業法律事務一年以上工作經驗優先；
4、 具備較強的溝通能力和團隊合作精神，具有優秀的語言表達能力、文字理解能
力、分析及應變能力;
5、 有責任心，執行力強，工作踏實、細緻、嚴謹、有條理裡，善於主動學習、思
考和總結。
6、 具有高才、優才或者Iang 簽證，或者具有香港居民身份。
