Job Description
In your new role you will:
Arranging meeting and workshop
Assisting with travel policy and visa application consultations
Monitoring the status of purchase request workflows and recordingdelivery time and receipt of goods
Assisting with activating share folder access right and maintainingdistribution list
Assisting with internal personal information data maintenance
Managing stockroom inventory and recording incoming and outgoing goods
Supporting the other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor Degree or above
Present at least 4 days per week
Internship can maintain about 6 months
Ability to work independently
Ability to read and write in English
