Application Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will support customers with product application and technical needs alongside our sales teams, coordinate orders and projects between our U.S. headquarters and China factory, and grow your expertise in semiconductor equipment and automation systems. We welcome both recent graduates and experienced engineers. This position is based at our Zhejiang factory in China and works closely with our international teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Support & Application Engineering
Assist our Europe/U.S. and regional sales representatives in providing product application and technical support to customers.
Assist with product selection, testing, and troubleshooting.
Work with R&D and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Order & Project Coordination
Receive orders from the U.S. headquarters and confirm technical requirements.
Follow up on production and shipment progress, perform pre-shipment acceptance/inspection of equipment, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
Customer & Team Communication
Participate in customer technical meetings and project discussions.
Serve as the communication bridge between the U.S. headquarters, the China factory, and customers.
Organize technical documentation and project reports.
Continuous Learning & Growth
Build knowledge of semiconductor equipment and automation systems.
Participate in customer and internal technical training.
Continuously strengthen your application engineering and project coordination skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
Both recent graduates and experienced engineers are welcome.
Strong communication and analytical / problem-solving skills.
Able to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) — required, to work directly with the U.S. headquarters.
Able to travel frequently, including overseas, for customer visits, project support, and training.
Proficient in MS Office; CAD or SolidWorks is a plus.
