Job Type: Full-time, on-site regular job
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for organizing, writing and following up on the daily product requirements, and assisting in promoting the implementation of version iterations.
2. Complete the refinement of activity, function, process and other plans based on the business direction, and output requirements documents, prototypes, acceptance standards, etc.
3. Coordinate the collaboration teams of development, art, testing, etc., to push the requirements to be launched on time, and promptly synchronize the progress and risks.
4. Participate in the product function acceptance, experience inspection and problem sorting, and follow up on the version quality.
5. Conduct basic data observation and effect review of the launched functions, sort out the conclusions and provide optimization suggestions.
6. Undertake assigned special tasks by superiors, including competitor research, process review, page optimization, activity configuration, etc.
7. Maintain product-related documents to ensure that the requirement information, version information and modification records are clear and traceable.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major required;
2. At least 3 years of internship or work experience in game planning;
3. Clear logic, good ability in information organization and written expression;
4. Strong execution ability and sense of responsibility, able to undertake clear tasks and continuously follow up until completion;
5. Good communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate smoothly with positions such as R&D, art, and testing;
6. Basic sensitivity to data, capable of conducting basic result observation, problem attribution, and summary and organization;
7. Strong learning ability, able to quickly understand business rules and product logic.
