Purpose / Summary：
Overseeing HR Operations to maintain and develop an effective, professional, and consistent HR practices.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Language: Fluent written English, Spoken English is a plus
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years working experience in the manufacturing industry and hands on exposure to the China market especially in Sichuan.
Technical: Professional in Recruiting, interviewing, selection / Training matrix, program design, facilitation / JD, Survey/benchmarking, title/grade, personnel changes / Climate check and feedback, morale monitoring, program design, management consulting / Corporate culture, change enabling, re-engineering Org. design, productivity measuring, effectiveness improvement tools/program / Deregulation, interpretation, implementation techniques.
