Qualifications & Requirements:
H.R. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience and know the NGO environment in China. S/he should be self-motivated, well-organised, with a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and excellent work ethic. S/he should be experienced in managing office finances and office systems, good at managing a team, and experienced in managing government, partner and client relations.
