As a Legal Counsel, you will be mainly responsible mainly for litigations and contracts.
Your Contribution
Manage (or supervising) litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
Pre-litigation consultation and work with business functions to prepare for threatening disputes
Overseeing and managing outside litigation counsel
Draft, review and negotiate various contracts
Support of legal projects (restructure, M&A etc.) (in exception case)
Conduct legal research and provide legal consultations as per business requests.
Provide legal training.
Other matters duly assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Your Experience & Qualifications
Pass PRC bar exam;
Min 3 years working experience
With litigation background
With high ethics, self-motivated, hardworking and excellent communication skills
