Company Information:
Location: Chengdu, Sichuan Province
Team Size: Approximately 150 employees
Compensation: Open / Negotiable (Determined based on individual capability, previous salary, and local market standards)
Work Arrangement: Based in the local country, with business trips to Chengdu.
Travel Requirement: 12 weeks per year (Either once a month for one week, or once every two months for two weeks).
Interview Process: Two rounds (Both can be conducted online; offline arrangements can be made if necessary).
Key Responsibilities
• Own UI concept design from project briefs and player profiles; lead UI production: interface design, promotional visuals and marketing asset optimization.
• Plan UI production progress and keep delivery on track; coordinate with developers on implementation and resolve in-engine design issues.
• Create supporting 2D art: icons, in-game objects, LiveOps and seasonal themes, store assets (icons, screenshots), including A/B variants.
• Keep a consistent, polished art style across all content updates; optimize assets for mobile performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements
• Bachelor's or above; 3+ years in game art with shipped casual projects; UI art experience on overseas casual mobile games.
• Strong command of the Western cartoon style of top hits (Homescapes-type, KING, Royal Match); Western realistic style a plus.
• Excellent aesthetic judgment with the ability to build on great existing design; solid handdrawing skills.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator or Figma; strong composition, color and smallscreen readability.
• Responsible team player with good communication; reliable and self-organized in a fully remote setup; good English.
Nice to have
• Animation / motion design (UI motion, Spine, DragonBones or frame animation) and basic VFX.
• Unity asset integration; store-asset A/B testing and UA creative; AI tools in the concept workflow.
