Responsibilities:
Directs and coordinates activities of food service facilities at golf club, through subordinate managers
Full responsibilities of all the F&B operations, overseeing the operational F&B concerns, difficulties, banquets supervision.
see the day-to-day operations of the F&B department which includes budgeting, cost containment, inventorying
Analyzes information concerning facility operation, such as daily food sales, patron attendance, and labor costs to prepare budget
maintain cost control of facility operations, using calculator and following standard business procedures

For this position, Hongkongese or Taiwanese are most welcome
Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years' experience as Director of F&B in international hotels, 5-star hotels preferred
Strong in management, establishing F&B strategy in similar capacity plan, marketing plan & execute effectively;
Ability on F&B service value;
Ability to maintain & increase revenue periodically;
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Verg good Chinese ability is a must
