Qualifications & Requirements:
if you are a foreigner -Fluent English in written and oral.basic chinese must
– Executes against the major steps of the sales process: find new business opportunities, qualify new opportunities, and close new business
– Determines and executes sales process and strategy for new / existing customers within specified target segment
– Develops and executes specific customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans
– Create business proposal for the customer
· Excellent negotiation skills.
· Excellent problem solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving problems, issues, or concerns before they occur or become critical.
· Team leadership and coordination skills
· Professional attitude and appearance commensurate with the role of a RedPrairie Business Development Manager
