Responsibilities,
1.Act as liaison between SRG Suzhou and customers, other SRG sister plants in global wise. Develop program mater timing and keep tracking through all launch phases.
2.Responsible for coordinating program progress with manufacturing, quality, purchasing and/or other departments to ensure components build/testing of any new job completed in a teamwork and timely manner.
3.Responsible for facilitating AIAG APQP in program management
4.Responsible for supervising engineering change per customer's milestone.
5.Work with corporate personnel and departments in-house to solve issues that arise with design or process.
6.Work with suppliers to develop new and better techniques or packaging.
7.Evaluate causes of scrap root cause and reduction action plan.
8.Prepare status report and risk assessment of all on-going projects on weekly basis.
9.Comply with miscellaneous assignments as directed
10.Comply with EHS system's requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements,
1.Foreign Passport Holder
2.Bachelor degree, preferably in an engineering technology field
3.3-6 years experience in automotive industry
4.Excellent oral and written English skill
5.Strong interpersonal communications skills
6.Self-motivated with good business acumen
7.Must have good computer skills-Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
8.Able to travel
9.Able to work overtime
