A foreign trade company Yinghua Artware Co., Ltd is looking for a consultant to join and lead our dynamic fast growing sales department.
Our company (www.yhartware.com) was established in 2003 and has been manufacturing and exporting mesh art & craft for about 10 years. Located in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou it is ideally situated for traffic. The factory covers 50,000square meters, and has about 500 employees.
Our company is in a rapid developing stage and is to establish a new company. So we look for a consultant to help us with the development.
We have a sales department and a design department. While, the main part of our responsibilities is sales; but product design is also important. There are three office workers in our sales department and our annual turnover of recent two years are 5million, 8million and now we want to have a breakthrough (10million annual turnover this year). So we want you a like-minded people to join and lead our dynamic sales team
Responsibility /Job Description
Work out a practicable plan to improve our sales department, sales and personal development as a whole:
① Improve our (Business) English and English communicating skills and provide better methods to send emails.
② Give advices on our Booth design
③ Show his thoughts or ideas on our products design
④ Streamline our process and make our manufacture and sales more efficient
⑤ Workshop a week or a meeting to analyze our working performance and work completion
