China Investment Solutions Corporation,CISC (www.chinaoutwardinvestment.com) offers Representation in China for foreign countries, local governments, free zones, economic development agencies and other IPA organisations, providing a dedicated platform to effectively promote the locations concerned for investment (FDI) from China. CISC also assists foreign companies to maximize trade and business activities in the PRC, providing business and cultural advice and support, introductions to partners and a market entry strategy. At the same time, CISC can facilitate market research and lead generation activities to identify and qualify targeted investors in the Greater China Region.
We are now recruiting Business Development Managers to work for international investment promotion agencies based in our Beijing Office.
Job Purpose
These roles report directly to the Managing Director and will have a clear international business development support remit with client-facing responsibilities. They will be assisting in the delivery of projects which will lead to significant successes by Chinese outbound investors across the project area.
In order to deliver these objectives, highly motivated and engaging individuals are required to ensure they are not only met, but potentially exceeded.
As key constituents of the Inward Investment Team, these roles will primarily:
• provide assistance to the Managing Director around lead identification and generation, sector specific research and analysis and high quality sales support
• co-ordinate bid management and assist with the production of Chinese outward investment sales and marketing collateral
• work with the Managing Director to cultivate key contacts in order to enhance and develop client-facing responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience working in b2b sales environment, preferably within Chinese or foreign investment promotion agencies or trade associations etc.
• Experience of working in a client facing role preferably on the FDI side,
• Excellent organisational skills
• First class administrative skills and experience
• Able to manage multiple projects with a range of stakeholders and ensure that deadlines are met
• Experience of communicating a broad range of ideas to a variety of audiences via different mediums
• Excellent interpersonal and social skills
• Proven experience of effective team working
