Job Duties:
1, inspection supervision restaurant service and management work;
2 and perfect all kinds of restaurant service standards, procedures and rules and regulations;
3, understand customer consumption habit, increase restaurant people bearing, maintain the sustainable development of restaurant;
4, responsible for pays special attention to the restaurant service health management, maintenance equipment and facilities;
5, ensure the effective management of the human resources department.
6, the organization, command large banquet and important reception arrangement and operation;
7, responsible for good restaurant material budget work;
8, complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Job Qualification:
1,Must be native French. If you could speak some English and Madarin is fine.
2,Experienced in Wine knowledge and hotel/restaurant managerment.
3,Easy-going,has the ability of innovation and execution,good at communication.
4,Female preferred
