3, Office investment development (Mainly in English on the network)
4, To actively develop new channels, and approaches to promote office rental business
5, To actively develop the third party channel (for eign intermediary company, consultation company, agency, etc.)
6, To maintain the tenant relations, provide the necessary services and support

Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements:
1, College degree or above, more than one year working experience, foreigners priority;
2, Proficient in English, and standard mandarin
(Requirement of foreigners mandarin can be lower than Chinese candidates );
3, Excellent communication skills;
4, Well operate Office software;
5, Being responsible, careful, attentively for any job and detail;
6, Positive, easy going personality.
7,full-time or part time both are needed.
Salary and Insurance Policy:
1, Basic salary is RMB 5000 + Bonus per month.
Bonus is based on 10 ~ 15% of the rent per month
For example, if you rented out 5 office rooms, as long as 5 office rooms has been rented by your customers, you can get 5000 bonus EVERY MONTH ！
