Responsibilities:

2、the whole project is responsible for the design, implement and deepening process tracking and scheme of the final product, the design scheme, rendering, figures, draw and audit, control design quality, assist and supervision and ongoing projects, and to design the accuracy, timeliness and rationality is responsible for;
3、according to the current domestic and international trend, novel and made to party a satisfied work, and is responsible for the project and the corresponding customer to communicate to accurately described to the customer design concept and design intention, let the customer convincing, and assist customer guidance, coordination construction encountered in the process of difficulty;
4、motivate the team members work initiative and the professional potential, as the design team create harmonious working environment, to help the team to solve various problems may be problems and difficulties;
Qualifications & Requirements:
Qualifications:
1、 normal colleges, indoor and industrial design, art, and other related bachelor degree, in the large space design at least 3 years working experience, commercial space design is preferred;
2、and about the Chinese market and can the independent decisively judge the conceptual design scheme, has the frontier's design idea, strong brand concept understanding ability, acute fashion sense and original design idea;
3、proficient in use of related software, have excellent communication ability and creative design interpretive ability, can good express their design conception and idea of creating and customer requirements and your ideas do the right combination of customer design;
4、excellent professional quality, good coordination and design management ability, and the courage to withstand the pressure and challenges, and have good team cooperation spirit, the logical thinking, strong understanding ability, communication skills, ability to learn and highly professional spirit,
5、familiar with the construction technology, and of construction technology has a deep understanding and practice experience, with overall interior design plan of site construction materials, and the integrated control ability, hand-painted expression ability;
